I had an extreme fear of elevators and motorways, and dual carriageways for 15 years. I wanted freedom to take my children on outings, to parties, and to sports, and after therapy with Wahida, my phobia of elevators and motorways was gone. I enjoyed doing rapid therapy after many years of trying with my therapists.

I had agoraphobia & panic disorder for 9 years and was unable to leave with panic and constant physical anxiety symptoms day and night from PTSD and trauma. After doing therapy with Wahida, I was able to go to the post office, shop, and drive on the motorway.

I was housebound agoraphobic for around 12 years. I couldn’t go to the shops or even go to the barbers. I stayed inside as I got unwell if I tried to leave. Since PTSD therapy with Wahida, I have been out for meals, visited family, and gone on holiday for 2 weeks. I have been driving and on a train.

I had anxiety and panic attacks for 3 years and was frightened of being alone. I was unable to drive my son to school and had to stop working. I had health anxiety and physical panic attacks daily. Since therapy with Wahida, I feel great, I can go everywhere, and I have been trained to be an ambulance driver.

I was unable to drive on fast roads, dual carriageways, and motorways for over a decade. I even had anxiety in traffic and on a plane, and I have been able to drive to many places on fast roads and on a plane, and everything was fine and relaxed after therapy with Wahida.

I was housebound, agoraphobic for 25 years. I was frightened of being alone and couldn’t even walk my dog. I can now go to big shopping centres, watch my daughter's horse riding lessons. I feel completely different.
